Noel a 14 year old girl born and raised on Ivory Island, she entered a pagent to be the 15 year princess of Ishtar. The Clocktower on Ivory Island was damaged during a storm and the town does not have the money to Repair it. Ignorant to her family's history with the royal family of Ishtar in the past, she will be intertwined in a scandal that was buried over 15 years ago that the country has never healed from.
